Catherine McCarthy

Catherine McCarthy is a litigation associate at Arnold & Porter, where she focuses on cross-border litigation and investigations and serves as an Associate Editor of the firm’s Enforcement Edge blog. From July 2022 through January 2023 she is on a leave of absence from the firm on a secondment. She graduated from Yale Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism and a member of the Veterans Legal Services Clinic.
