9/16 Session #2: An Update -- And a Postponement
It appears the morning's recess will push on a bit longer than the court indicated initially. Instead of resuming at noon, court will resume, we are now told, at 2:00 p.m.
UPDATE: our proceedings are recessed for the day---at least in part because of lawyer Cheryl Bormann's illness---and will resume on Wednesday morning at 0900. You can find the court's order confirming this course of action, and reaffirming an upcoming, previously scheduled October hearing session, here.
