Al-Nashiri Motions Hearing, Day #2

Lawfare's coverage of the United States v. Al-Nashiri continues today, with yours truly reporting from the CCTV facility at Fort Meade. (You can find yesterday's dispatches here.)  As before, blog entries can be found by navigating to the "Events Coverage" section.  We'll also post links to the entries below, too. The session is set to resume at 9 a.m.  However, recall that the morning's first order of business will be a closed discussion of the defense's classified requests for discovery.

Post #1: No CCTV Feed During the Closed Session. Post #2: Doh! No Public Session Today After All.
