Administration Issues WPR Report
Here is the White House's supplemental consolidated report regarding the deployment of U.S. armed forces. The report is addressed to the Speaker of the House, and was---in the President's words---"prepared by my Administration and consistent with the War Powers Resolution."
Among other things, the document describes the limited use of force against al-Qaeda and al-Shabaab in Somalia; it also notes the deployment of a security force to Libya this September.

And somewhat oddly, the report elsewhere says that "approximately 166" detainees are being held at Guantanamo. Approximately?
