Here is the White House's supplemental consolidated report regarding the deployment of U.S. armed forces.  The report is addressed to the Speaker of the House, and was---in the President's words---"prepared by my Administration and consistent with the War Powers Resolution." Among other things, the document describes the limited use of force against al-Qaeda and al-Shabaab in Somalia; it also notes the deployment of a security force to Libya this September.

And somewhat oddly, the report elsewhere says that  "approximately 166" detainees are being held at Guantanamo. Approximately?
