"We implemented Shariah in our areas after it was absent. When Mulla Omar was alive Taliban implemented Shariah."

"After his absence they used his name and some leaders sold out to Pakistan they sold the blood of their sincere fighters."

"The sincere in Taliban split up into two groups: *Those who joined ISIS. *Those who abstained from fighting it."

"And we also abstained from those who didn't fight us, but we are telling them they have to obey Baghdadi because he's the Caliph."

"As for third section, they work for the ISI and they are the ones who fought everywhere using the Emirate's name."

"They first started attacking us in "Nazyaan" area in Nangarhar and they imprisoned some of us, and when we sent a delegation to judge between us with Sharia, they mocked us.

"In spite of that, we stayed patient, we kept in contact with them and their leaders in Peshawar, but they ignored our messages"

"Then they did it again, in "Ashin" area in Nangarhar against us, they took our weapons that we gained as spoils fighting Pakistani troops, worth 5 million in Pakistani currency.

"And we were in the process of transporting these weapons to a safe place, not to use them against them (IEA), but they stopped the transportation process. We sent them 2 delegations to discuss the matter, without any result.

"We sent them some of our scholars and people from "Ashin" as witnesses over the events, and we asked them to stop attacking us, because we don't want to fight them, our goals are the Pakistani and Afghanistan governments"

"But they didn't give us back our weapons that we had prepared to fight the disbelievers, then their commander, named "Abdurrahman" (who is now dead) attacked an orphan school under our control

"Then they threatened the muhajireen who were escaping Pakistan operations and they gave them 3 days to get out of our zones, even though they knew the difficult situation for them at the time

"And we stayed patient and endured, and we tried again and again to contact their top leaders but they kept telling us that they "don't have time to negotiate with us" then they directly attacked us in "Kot" area in Nangarhar

"They killed one of our Mujahideen and injured the other, then they besieged "Qari Yasir" with 40 of our brothers. Those brothers consulted us on what to do, so we ordered them to retreat from "Kot" and let IEA take it.

"After that, we started defending ourselves, we are the defenders, defending our own homes and selves, they attacked and killed our soldiers, imprisoned them and attacked the homes of the muhajireen"

"And, O our people, you know that they are not waging war against us except with authorization from Pakistan to keep their subsistence and money support from them"

"We say to the sincere among them: Our war isn't with the Islamic Emirate at all, it is against those who obey the Pakistani intelligence and plotted to fight us.

"O sincere ones! If you apply the Sharia of Allah and the Sunna of His prophet, then stay away from this fight, because those guys will sell you out for a good living

"And we say to those who were deceived by this life into fighting us: Let us sit around the book of Allah and let us take it as judge between us, and by the permission of Allah, we will show you the truth, and we can do this anywhere you want".

"And if you don't take the book of Allah and the Sunna of His prophet and stop fighting us, then Allah will surely give us victory over you, because we only stood up for Allah.."

"And we have announced our innocence from every disbeliever and we started fighting them, we fought the disbelievers and apostate and you (IEA) know that.."

"And you know that we apply the hudud of Allah on the criminals, and that we captured apostates from the Afghan National Army (ANA) and applied the hadd on them in front of the people.

"Just as we applied the hadd on the spies, and we never showed leniency in fighting them, so woe to the Pakistan and Afghanistan governments! You will not be at peace with us

"And we tell everyone: Those who want to judge with the Book of Allah with us, we are ready for that, and anywhere you want."

"And we say to Muslims who have been deceived by those claiming Jihad and not being people of Jihad, and those who are even ready to take support from Iran against the 'Caliphate'

"And you know very well that the Rafidhi Iran, the enemy of the Companions of the Prophet, are the worst disbelievers on earth, and they (IEA) know that very well"

"And whoever knows the aqeeda of the Rawafidh would fight them in priority and leave the original disbelievers!"

"And alhamdulillah, Muslims started to understand the reality and give allegiance to the caliph of Muslims, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, as part of a religious obligation.

"And the hadith "the one who dies without an allegiance dies a death of Jahiliya" talks about the baya to a Khalifa not baya to a group.

"If the Caliphate emerges, groups and factions are canceled, because groups and factions were only the mean to achieve the end, the end being the return of the Caliphate. And it has now returned, and it's obligatory to pledge allegiance to it.

"And we have proof from Quran & Sunnah about what we say, from scholars and mujtahidun, as a proof of the truthfulness of our speech. Your leaders are deceiving you, you shouldn't be obeying them without evidence."

"And ask your leaders for a proof from Quran and Sunnah and views of the Salaf, is it permissible, when a Caliphate is declared and a Caliph is in place, to stay under groups and factions?"

"Oh you who went out to wage Jihad to make Allah's word the highest, don't waste your blood! Pledge allegiance to the Caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi"
