 In other recent developments....   i. The Secretary of State for Justice has this morning outlined in more detail the Government’s proposals in a Daily Mail op-ed.   ii. See the Conservative Home website for a copy of a letter (dated 4 April) sent to Conservative MPs by the Home Secretary and the Justice Secretary in defence of the proposals. Note the ongoing criticism of the proposals and in particular the content of the letter.
