On June 4, Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul filed charges against Kenneth Chesebro, James Troupis, and Michael Roman in connection with the fake electors scheme to subvert the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Chesebro, Troupis, and Roman are each facing one felony count of forgery.
