I’m happy to report that U.S. Cyber Command will host its fifth annual legal conference from March 5 through 8 and that some seats may still be available. The title is “Cyberspace Operations in the Gray Zone,” and it is consciously framed as not just a CYBERCOM but also an interagency production.

This year the conference will focus on the legal challenges in confronting cyber threats in the gray zone short of armed conflict. All four days of the conference will be held at the Jacob E. Smart Conference Center on Andrews AFB, MD, and will be split at the mid-point to facilitate classified discussion. All attendees who wish to attend the second half of the conference MUST possess a current, adjudicated TOP SECRET security clearance, and attendance is limited to executive branch personnel and DoD/military mission partners.
