D.C. Circuit Hears Arguments in Michael Flynn Case

At 9:30am on June 12, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will hear arguments in the case of Michael Flynn. Flynn has petitioned the appeals court for a writ of mandamus to order Judge Emmet Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to grant the government's motion to dismiss the case against Flynn.
