That's the essence of yesterday's order from the D.C. Circuit.  According to the court---Circuit Judges Henderson, Brown, and Kavanaugh---the petitioners had "not satisfied the stringent requirements for an injunction pending appeal." The two-page ruling also sets a briefing schedule on petitioners' appeal from a district court order denying their bid for preliminary relief against force-feeding at GTMO.
