Robert S. Litt, General Counsel to the Director of National Intelligence, will speak at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Brookings Institution's Saul-Zilkha auditorium. Unsurprisingly given recent events, Litt's remarks apparently will touch on foreign intelligence surveillance, the Fourth Amendment, and related subjects. We expect to have more details shortly, and will post them when we do.  In the meantime, spread the word, Lawfarers.
