DNI General Counsel to Speak at Brookings Tomorrow
Robert S. Litt, General Counsel to the Director of National Intelligence, will speak at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Brookings Institution's Saul-Zilkha auditorium. Unsurprisingly given recent events, Litt's remarks apparently will touch on foreign intelligence surveillance, the Fourth Amendment, and related subjects.
