Document: Affidavit and Criminal Complaint Over Charlottesville Violence

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Virginia today released an affidavit and criminal complaint against four California men who traveled to Charlottesville in August 2017 to participate in the white nationalist rally there.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Virginia today released an affidavit and criminal complaint against four California men who traveled to Charlottesville in August 2017 to participate in the white nationalist rally there. Benjamin Drake Daley, Thomas Walter Gillen, Michael Paul Miselis and Cole Evan White were arrested today and each charged with one count of violating the federal statute against rioting and one count of conspiracy to violate that statute.
