Document: Affidavit and Criminal Complaint Over Charlottesville Violence
On Oct. 23, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California unsealed an affidavit and criminal complaint against Robert Paul Rundo, the founder of the white supremacist group Rise Above Movement, and three other members of the organization. Rundo entered into Mexico two weeks ago and was brought back into the United States on Oct. 23, the New York Times reports.

On Oct. 23, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California unsealed an affidavit and criminal complaint against Robert Paul Rundo, the founder of the white supremacist group Rise Above Movement, and three other members of the organization. Rundo entered into Mexico two weeks ago and was brought back into the United States on Oct. 23, the New York Times reports. The complaint charges Rundo and his associates with inciting and conspiring to commit violence in connection with several rallies, including the August 2017 rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
