A Maryland-based Coast Guardsman, Christopher Hasson, has been charged with criminal possession of firearms, under 18 U.S.C. § 922 (g)(3), and illegal substances, under 21 U.S.C. § 844. In a motion for pre-trial detention, the government alleges that Hasson, "is a domestic terrorist, bent on committing acts dangerous to human life that are intended to affect governmental conduct." The criminal complaint and supporting affidavit, along with the motion for detention pending trial, are below.
