On Nov. 15, Judge Dabney Friedrich of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denied a motion by Concord Management and Concord Consulting LLC to dismiss charges filed in February by the special counsel under 18 U.S.C. §371, conspiracy to defraud the United States.
