The FBI has arrested former CIA agent Jerry Chun Shing Lee. The New York Times reported Tuesday evening that Lee is suspected of providing classified information to the Chinese government that helped Beijing dismantle American spy networks in China.

The FBI has arrested former CIA agent Jerry Chun Shing Lee. The New York Times reported Tuesday evening that Lee is suspected of providing classified information to the Chinese government that helped Beijing dismantle American spy networks in China. The following document is the FBI's affidavit, dated Jan. 13, establishing probable cause for Lee's arrest.
