Document: Special Counsel Motions for Exception to Speedy Trial Act in Stone Case

On Thursday, the Special Counsel’s Office filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in its case against Roger Stone seeking an exception to the Speedy Trial Act due to “voluminous and complex” evidence.
