On Tuesday, Pat Cipillone, the White House counsel, sent a letter to Don McGahn's attorney invoking executive privilege over documents that the White House provided to McGahn in the course of his cooperation with the special counsel investigation. The letter is below. Later Tuesday, McGahn's attorney transmitted a letter to the House Judiciary Committee on the same subject, also available below.
