The weather is fine. The adrenaline is pumping. It's a perfect day for drone dog-fighting. While thanks to the FAA, you cannot attend the Smackdown, we will post video of each of the four rounds as quickly as we can. I have written a long essay on the preparations of Team Wittes---complete with a number of explanatory videos, a formal (sort of) legal opinion, and detailed explanations of how to hit the Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 hard before it hits you.

In addition, a bunch of those present have Twitter accounts, and we will endeavor to tweet live from the Smackdown, using the hash tag, "DroneSmackdown." For live Smackdown action, the following active Twitter accounts are run by people who will be present at the Smackdown and may tweet if the spirit moves them: @lawfareblog, @benjaminwittes, @JohnProcter, @johnson_carrie, @RosenzweigP, and @shanewharris.
