Congratulations to Duke Law School's Charlie Dunlap, who as executive director of the Center has organized another outstanding LENS conference.  You can follow it live streaming from the link at the webpage.  At this very moment, Mark Martins, Chief Prosecutor of the Military Commissions, is delivering the lunch address.  I'll be on later in the afternoon in a panel on autonomous weapons.  Really terrific conference.
