The Facebook Oversight Board ruled this morning, May 5, on Facebook's suspension of Donald Trump's account after the Capitol riot. The board upheld Trump's current suspension, but found that Facebook should review its rules and make a final decision on Trump's account in six months.

You can find the documents here, on Lawfare's page monitoring the Oversight Board's activities:

Since the board began operations, we've been compiling documents and keeping track of its activities on our Facebook Oversight Board Blog—available under the "Resources" menu on our front page. Whatever you think of the board, it's a notable experiment in digital governance, and we're keeping close tabs on it with pages explaining the rules governing the board's operation, compiling case documents for easy access and keeping track of the data on what the board is up to. If you're interested in learning more about the Facebook Oversight Board's activities, take a look.
