On Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan will hear the criminal case of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn for his final sentencing hearing.

Flynn previously pleaded guilty for lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia's ambassador after the Kremlin interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
