Here is the summer 2015 supplement for my casebook (with Curtis Bradley), Foreign Relations Law: Cases and Materials (5th ed. 2014). This supplement contains, among other things, an excerpt of (and Notes and Questions on) Zivotofsky v. Kerry; a discussion of the legal issues relating to negotiations between the Obama Administration and Iran concerning Iran’s nuclear program; and an account of the legal issues surrounding the Obama Administration’s use of military force against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
