The "Gamification" of Hacking

The Washington Post has an interesting article this morning on a website that posts rankings of hackers.  The concept is that hackers earn points based on level of difficulty of the hack, as well as the identity of the targeted site.  For those who want to maximize their scores, moreover, the website includes a function that tells you in advance how many points can be earned by attacking a particular site.  I just couldn't resist seeing what lawfare

lawfareblog.com is worth 147 Ranking Points. XSS attacks against lawfareblog.com are worth 1 points.
This is one occasion on which I am quite glad to keep our traffic and profile modest!
