The House Foreign Affairs Committee is hearing testimony this morning on the Administration's plan to close the Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility. Department of State Special Envoy for Guantanamo Closure Lee Wolosky and Department of Defense Special Envoy for Guantanamo Closure Paul M. Lewis will provide testimony.
