House Foreign Affairs Committee Holds Hearing on Response to Coronavirus

The House Foreign Affairs Committee will hold a hearing on the U.S. and international response to coronavirus at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27. The committee will hear from Ian Brownlee, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the State Department’s Bureau of Consular Affairs; Jonathan Fritz, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the State Department’s Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs; William Walters, Executive Director for Operation Medicine at the State Department’s Bureau of Medical Services; and Robert Redfield, the Director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
