House Foreign Affairs Hearing on Transatlantic Cooperation Amid COVID-19

On Tuesday, July 14, at 2:00 p.m., the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe, Eurasia, Energy and the Environment will hold a hearing on the importance of transatlantic cooperation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The subcommittee will hear testimony from Michael Froman, the former U.S. trade representative; Karen Donfried, the former senior director for European affairs at the National Security Council; Rachel Ellehuus, the former principal director for European and NATO policy in the office of the secretary of defense; and James Jay Carafano, a fellow at the Heritage Foundation.
