House Foreign Affairs Holds Hearing on Hong Kong National Security Law

On Wednesday, July 1, at 9:30 a.m., the House Foreign Affairs Committee will hold a hearing on the implications of Beijing's national security law in Hong Kong. The committee will hear testimony from: Cheuk Yan Lee, General Secretary of the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions; Carole Peterson, Professor of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa; and Brian Leung, a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Washington.
