On Sept. 14, a Delaware grand jury indicted Hunter Biden on charges relating to Biden’s alleged illegal purchase of a firearm.
The indictment alleges that the president’s son “knowingly made…false and fictitious written statement[s]” to certify that he was “not an unlawful user of, and addicted to” drugs, which ultimately led to his unlawful purchase and ownership of a gun.
