Join the Hoover Institution this Thursday, June 1, for its half-day conference on Section 702, the provision of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) scheduled to sunset at the end of this year. The conference will bring together senior leaders from government, academia, and civil society to discuss issues central to the ongoing congressional debate over Section 702 renewal.

The event will run from noon and end with a 5 p.m. rooftop cocktail reception. Ben and Susan are part of the line-up and will be discussing the "National Security View on Renewing Section 702" and "The Law and Civil Liberties" implications of the PRISM and UPSTREAM surveillance programs.
