Kevin Frazier is an Assistant Professor at St. Thomas University College of Law and Senior Research Fellow in the Constitutional Studies Program at the University of Texas at Austin. He is writing for Lawfare as a Tarbell Fellow.
Lennart Heim is a Research Fellow at the Centre for the Governance of AI (GovA), where he leads their Compute Governance work. His research focuses on the role of compute for advanced AI systems and how compute can be leveraged as an instrument for AI governance, with an emphasis on policy development and security implications. Lennart’s publications cover the impacts and governance of advanced AI systems and empirical trends in machine learning, such as compute, data, and AI hardware.
Janet Egan is a senior fellow with the Technology and National Security Program at the Center for a New American Security.
