We are thrilled to announce, that Curtis A. Bradley, the Richard A. Horvitz Professor of Law and Professor of Public Policy Studies of Duke University School of Law, is joining Lawfare's august crew of occasional writers. Curt is an international law expert and has written extensively on a raft of issues of interest to Lawfare readers. He's also a frequent coauthor of Jack's, with whom he wrote the landmark 2005 Harvard Law Review article on the AUMF, as well as several important articles on the Alien Tort Statute. Curt joins John Bellinger III and Brig. Gen. Mark Martins as people with bylines on the site and who we hope will wage Lawfare as frequently as time and inclination and other duties permit. His first post is already live.
Benjamin Wittes is editor in chief of Lawfare and a Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution. He is the author of several books.
