On Oct. 29 at 1 pm ET, Lawfare Editor-in-Chief Benjamin Wittes will moderate a panel discussion featuring Lawfare Senior Editor Scott R. Anderson; Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution Elaine Kamarck; Visiting Fellow in Governance Studies at Brookings Katie Tenpas; and Lawfare Executive Editor Natalie Orpett.

The panel will discuss what occurs during a presidential transition, how each candidate is currently preparing for the transition, what went wrong in 2020, and how this year may be different.
