On Jan. 23 at 4 p.m. ET, Lawfare Editor-in-Chief Benjamin Wittes will speak to Lawfare Senior Editors Scott Anderson, Anna Bower, Quinta Jurecic, and Alan Rozenshtein and assistant law professor at Pace University Amelia Wilson about the first batch of executive actions by President Trump in his second term, including the birthright citizenship order, the declaration of a national emergency at the southern border, and the reinstating of Schedule F.
