This Friday, Feb. 19, at 1pm, Benjamin Wittes, Lawfare’s editor-in-chief, will take questions from the Lawfare community about Judge Merrick Garland’s impending confirmation hearing to be the Attorney General set to occur on Monday, Feb. 22. For the first half hour, Wittes will be joined by David Pozen, the Charles Keller Beekman Professor of Law at Columbia Law School and a former clerk to Judge Garland.
