On June 13, former President Donald Trump was arraigned in Miami Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into the improper removal of classified documents from the White House to Mar-a-Lago.

On Tuesday, June 13, at 4:45 p.m. ET,  Lawfare correspondent Anna Bower was in the courtroom for the arraignment and will join Lawfare Editor-in-Chief Benjamin Wittes and Lawfare Senior Editor Quinta Jurecic to discuss what occurred.
