Today on Lawfare No Bull: On October 27th, Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee. The week before, he also took questions during an oversight hearing before the House Judiciary Committee. The hearings focused on a memo that AG Garland sent to the FBI, asking them to investigate threats against school board officials:
