On Friday, Brookings hosted Bob Litt, the General Counsel to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. He delivered a lengthy and detailed address entitled "Privacy, Technology, and National Security: An Overview of Intelligence Collection."
After the talk, which unsurprisingly touched on recent revelations about FISA surveillance, Litt took a few questions from the audience.
