Earlier this week, the George Washington University Law School chapter of the Federalist Society held a debate on current NSA programs, the Edward Snowden leaks, and the integrity of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and its oversight mechanisms. It was an unusually good discussion, featuring Orin Kerr, Steve Vladeck and me. My thanks to the students who put it together and allowed me to podcast it.
