Here is the audio from Monday's event at the Berkman Center at Harvard, "Defending an Unowned Internet." I have edited it slightly for length. The intervention by Tim Berners-Lee, for those interested in it, takes place near the end, but the entire discussion is really worth people's time. Jonathan Zittrain did a marvelous job of sweeping into this discussion a lot of issues, and the panel was strong wall-to-wall.

It was one of those events that makes this sort of work---and having a podcast---fun.
