Letter from Rep. Adam Smith in Opposition to JASTA

Representative Adam Smith (D-WA), ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee, has written the following letter in opposition to JASTA. President Obama vetoed the bill on Friday, September 23rd, and the Senate is set to vote to override the veto. Lawfare has covered the issue as it has developed.
