On July 24 at 2 pm ET, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will speak to a joint meeting of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. “In this time of war and uncertainty, it’s important that Israel’s enemies know that America and Israel stand together today, tomorrow, and always,” said Netanyahu, shortly before departing Israel for the United States. Dozens of lawmakers, mostly Democrats, have said they will not attend the address.
