At 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 30, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit will hear arguments to evaluate whether former President Trump can block the release of documents related to the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit will hear arguments in the case Donald Trump v. Bennie Thompson at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 30. Former President Trump’s legal team appealed a district court decision that would allow the National Archives and Records Administration to turn over hundreds of pages of Trump’s White House records to the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack.
