Livestream: House Armed Services Committee Holds Hearing on Priorities for Missile Defense

The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Strategic Forces held a hearing on fiscal year 2021 priorities for missile defense and missile defeat programs at 9:30 a.m on Thursday, March 12, 2020. The subcommittee heard testimony from Gen. Terrence O'Shaughnessy, the commander of U.S. Northern Command; Vice Adm. John Hill, the director of the Missile Defense Agency; Lt. Gen. Daniel Karbler, the commanding general of U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command; Rob Soofer, the deputy assistant secretary of defense for nuclear and missile defense policy; and Cristina Chaplain, the director of the contracting and national security acquisitions team at the Government Accountability Office.
