On Wednesday, September 30, at 12:00 p.m., the House Armed Services Committee will hold a hearing on U.S. defense posture changes in the European theater. The committee will hear testimony from James Anderson, the acting undersecretary of defense for policy, and Lt. Gen. David Allvin, the director for strategy, plans and policy at the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
