The committee will hear testimony from Molly Reynolds, senior fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution; Liz Hempowicz, director of public policy at the Project on Government Oversight; Edda Emmanuelli Perez, deputy general counsel of the Government Accountability Office; and Mark Paoletta, senior fellow at the Center for Renewing America.
