On Dec. 18 at 10:00 a.m., the Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will testify before the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee. Horowitz will be discussing the methodology, scope and findings of his report on four FISA applications and other aspects of the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane Investigation.
