On Feb. 10, 2021, at 12:00 p.m., the Senate will convene to resume the second Senate impeachment trial against former President Donald Trump. Trump is charged with incitement of insurrection for his role in stoking the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol with baseless claims of a stolen election.
