On Jan. 21 at 1pm, the Senate will begin President Trump’s impeachment trial. The trial will begin with a vote on a resolution that establishes the rules of the trial—including a set amount of hours for each side to present its case—proposed by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
