Livestream: Zelenskyy To Deliver In-Person Address to the U.S. Congress

On Dec. 21, Zelenskyy’s will address a joint session Congress in Washington, D.C.

On Dec. 21 at 7:30 p.m. ET, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will address a joint session of the United States Congress at the invitation of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Prior to the address, Zelenskyy met with President Biden at the White House and the State Department announced that the United States will provide Ukraine with $1.85 billion in additional military aid. Zelenskyy’s visit to D.C. is the first foreign trip made by the Ukrainian president since the start of Russian invasion in February 2022.
